market improving: Is the market improving in your area? - 10/21/10 10:02 AM

I live in Hamburg Twp. which is just a few miles from Brighton Mi. and we have been working in the current Real Estate Market through the ups and downs of todays economy and I have to say that it seems that the changes being made by the Government, for the most part, have helped stimulate the economy!
My clients that are selling their home have been able to compete with Foreclosures for the first time since 2006 and that in itself is great news... Now don't get me wrong, the home values are NOT going up just yet but at least … (1 comments)
