The Urban Frog Deli takes a healthy stance in this tough nutritional battle. Using organic & "authentic" ingredients, the Urban Frog offers delicious breakfast and lunch items. They have a long list of tasty wraps, pananis, soups and salads. My advice is to try the daily "special" - a yummy wrap/sandwich with a unique combination of ingredients. And if you'd like to linger over a good book or conversation, get a coffee or juice, and take your time.

The Urban Frog is also host to an Indoor Farmers' market starting November 1st. Each Saturday,  Keune's Authentic Foods will have local organically grown dairy, vegetables & meat. In addition, Suzie Q Fish Market will be bringing fresh fish from Two Rivers beginning November 8th.
