Dallas Open Houses This Weekend - Buyers Rejoice

This weekend is full of Open Houses For Sale that as a buyer to the market you should be taking advantage.  July posted a significant drop in sales compared to last year which is good news for you as a buyer. 

Many sellers who were expecting to sell last month are still on the market and some are offering incentives that they weren't before.  Now this may not mean that sellers are desparate and willing to give away a home but it does mean that you may be positioned to negotiate for more than before.
