The site is the concept of a Lake Tahoe based local marketing and design team,Visions360, Inc.; Jason Toutolmin, Tristan Cochrane, Bill Smaine and Travis Chatwin, who set out to develop an extensive central information tool that unifies the entire area for web viewers.
