Failing to post last week's training events calendar, entitled "The Weekly Scoop", apparently is possible for me, so hopefully this week will knock your socks off! Starting this week, our newly developed PST Lead Generation Program, created by in-house Productivity Coach, Ute Westphal and I, will be released. Ten of our top lead generators, serving as Team Captains, will assist fellow associates in matching their individual personality and skill-set to the most fitting lead generation tactic for them. We have determined there are 5 basic "food groups" of lead generation. Our agents will then be divided into 5 teams with (0 comments)

It may seem odd to some that our office opens it's doors to the entire real estate community each week with a whole host of training, workshops and events, but we find being transparent is what makes us, well US. We are following the "rules" of social media by offering FREE resources for real estate professionals, opening our books to our agents so nothing is hidden, being real and humble enough to accept feedback in efforts to better our services to our agents and their clients and understanding that in working together as a whole community the experience for all will (3 comments)

For the past 9 weeks, "33 Million People in the Room" (by Juliette Powell) Book Club Members have been sharing their thoughts, strategies and opinions of social media in the library-like setting of this Keller Williams Office's Agent Resource Lounge complete with bookshelves, comfortable couches and soft lamp lighting. "All we need now is a coffee bar," said the members. This tightly bonded group has discussed the impact social media is making on their business right now and guessing where it will be 6 months from now, how we can become the local economist real estate resource for our clients through (6 comments)
