Recently named by RETrends the Nation's Most Recognizable Real Estate Franchise for 2009, Keller Williams Realty completes this "interesting" year with energy and momentum. Adding 22,786 new associates between Jan 1-Sept 30, 2009, the talent pool at KW is growing at an exponential rate. It has been fun to watch! In fact, despite the challenges the real estate market has experienced, KW has shown a steady upward trend in profit share income. Each week I create and distribute a KW Scoop newsletter which details our upcoming training events, birthday greetings, newest real estate tools provided by Keller Williams Realty, Int'l and also always showcase the 4 C's: Culture, Coaching, Cappers and Commercial. The section I would like to highlight this week is the Culture one. Every week our associates send me great "culture stories", to be selected for the following week's Scoop, detailing how one of our other associates really helped them out with a showing, listing, mindset, gave them a lead, etc and want to make sure this generous associate feels (1 comments)

Finishing off November and now on to the last month of 2009, wow! It can certainly be said this has been a year of interesting challenges. Despite the weathered appearance of some of our agents, it has definitely been a year of growth and opportunities. The agents who have dug in and suffered through the difficulties of a strained real estate market/economy and have consistently provided excellent service are now beginning to reap the rewards. Their businesses are growing and their attitudes are changing to that of "we will continue to survive". The level of professionalism and local real estate (3 comments)
