The Centrally Located community of Arbor Greene continues to grow. In 2009 Berks Homes SOLD in the community Arbor Greene community 30 homes with Josh Shope as their sales agent. This community continued growth makes it one of the fastest growing communities in Central, Pa. Most of the construction currently is going on in the 4th phase which has larger home sites with walk-out basements. As you can see from the pictures below the developer has become the development of the 5th and final phase of the community. The 5th and FINAL phase should be ready for sale by August 1st

Palmyra Borough and North Londonderry are still working on the NEW sewer plans. The borough's 50-year-old plant needs $12 million in upgrades to meet Chesapeake Bay Protection Act regulations. North Londonderry Township buys about 42 percent of the capacity from the borough's plant. But the township needs more sewer capacity and plans to build a plant south of Route 422 and east of Killinger Creek. When that plant is completed in 2012, the borough will shut down its plant and buy 43 percent of the capacity of the new plant from the township. This has been a several year process just getting
