election day: Finally.... A Health Plan that makes SENSE! - 10/24/08 09:25 PM
I have just finished reading in detail the Obama/Biden health plan... and what do you know - it makes SENSE!! Finally, self employed individuals, such as Realtors, will have access to health coverage at a decent price... and here's the best part! Insurance companies will NO LONGER BE ALLOWED to exclude people for pre-existing conditions!!!
This is issue #1 to me this time around... It has gotten absolutely outrageous! I am a 26 year old, very healthy, active, non-smoking female, who can NOT get health insurance coverage because of a small spot of Melanoma that I had removed from my back … (4 comments)

election day: PLEASE - Get out and vote tomorrow!!! - 02/04/08 04:49 PM
Tomorrow is a very important election day, and I hope everyone is planning on getting out to vote!! MAKE TIME in your busy schedules, and just do it. Even though this is "just" a primary election, it's a chance to REALLY voice our opinions, and hopefully, set this country on a path to making some seriously needed changes!
As Realtors, there is a lot of important legislation that is coming up, and we need our voice to be heard! It's time for us to START being more politically active! Make a larger contribution to RPAC this year - it's IMPORTANT!! So … (1 comments)
