I have an out of town buyer who recently wrote a contract on a home that they saw when they were in my area looking for homes. They called me and asked to write the contract and email it to them to sign. I did, and then called the listing agent to tell her that I should be sending in the contract withi8n a day or two. My buyers took longer than expected to sign the contract as they wanted to make sure that they had financing in place and that this was the house for them. In the mean time,
