Austin, Texas Real Estate is Impressive. Well actually, most of the real estate market in Texas is impressive and has been for some time..before and after the bubble burst. 
Even though nationally, home sales in July decreased by 3.5%, Austin Texas Real Estate actually INCREASED by 32%.
