Ethical issue: Should I finance borrowers new primary knowing he is going to foreclose on his existing property? - 06/10/08 01:04 PM

Lately I have seen an unusual scenerio come up on multiple occasions. Borrowers with great credit want to buy a house, make a fictitious lease agreement on their primary home, move into the new house and let the old home go into foreclosure.
