Is co-brokering an FHA loan illegal for non-hud approved brokers?  
Co-brokering an FHA loan is a violation of RESPA and HUD if not done properly. HUD guidelines do state that a reasonable broker fee may be charged to a borrower by a non-HUD approved entity. Currently perfectfha.com and idealfha.com have begun … (4 comments)
