Pointe Condos - Open Houses June 28 -- 6 Condos & a Pointe Penthouse - 06/25/09 03:27 PM

We're holding open houses at seven Pointe Condominiums Downtown St. Paul this Sunday. Drop by to check out the building and the great amenities. We'll have 1 BRs, 2BRs, and a Penthouse available for the open house. The designs of the condos vary - from traditional to sleek contemporary. All of the 2BRs are corner units. We listed a new condo this week that has removed walls, and an open, loft-like look.
Prices range from the 120's to the $230's -- and some of our condos have nicely-reduced prices. The Pointe has full FHA approval -- meaning that buyers can come … (0 comments)
