I talk to Home Buyers and Sellers everyday and they always ask me, "how come no one saw this coming?"  
What they are referring to is the current Real Estate market in Tampa Bay and how it has turned from a Seller's Market to a Buyer's Market since the peak of December 2005.  
2006 was a "normal" year for the most part while 2007 was the beginning of the Buyer's Market.....

Ok it is time for my monthly Greater Tampa Bay Association of Realors Market Update.....Each month GTAR sends out the current inventory levels, Days On Market Average, Home that are Active on the Market, List Price to Selling Price and how many homes SOLD.
Let me just say January was a surprise to me at how the inventory levels jumped and the Buyer's backed off.    BUT!
Did the Buyers back OFF?????? Or are they waiting for Bank Approval on their Short Sale  / REO offers?  Did Inventory levels JUMP???? or are the Short Sale that have contracts still in Active status and should … (0 comments)
