The end of summer is coming quickly, and fall is just around the corner.  What a marvelous time the fall is in the Myrtle Beach area!!  The temperatures drop making golf and beachgoing a very pleasant experience.  Also, the fall means less traffic and smaller crowds.  If you have been thinking about a trip to the MB area, the next few months are the ideal time to plan for it!

This time of year in real estate terms means some excellent end-of-summer deals, and it also means that serious sellers need to get their homes listed for sale before the winter months hit.  There are still at least 2.5 months of solid real estate traffic, and it is important for sellers to take advantage of every bit of it!
