This year promises to be just as fun-packed as those of the past. Question: Why are you telling me it's not available, I see it on Realtor.com - 01/09/11 01:46 PM
Not long ago the Zillow folks were crying because WE were leaving our listings on their site long after they had closed. But they pull our listings from our franchise without my permission and then expect me to manage them? Sorry, not my job. For those sites where I manually place my own ads, I have a list I use to check off when I place the ad and I use the same one when I close a deal and go through to remove them. It is also helpful for whenever I need to make a price change. But for sites (4 comments)
First Freddie Mac Survey of 2011 on Average Mortgage Interest Rates Shows Small Decrease - 01/06/11 08:44 PM
Today, 1/6/2011, Freddie Mac reported that the average mortgage interest rate for 30 year fixed-rate mortgages was 4.77% (4.77% in the southeast), down from 4.86% a week ago. The average interest rate for 15 year fixed-rate mortgages was 4.13%, down from 4.20% last week. A year ago the 30 year rate was 5.09%. So, to start the New Year, we are going to begin with lower rates. Note that we are starting the year with a lower average rate than we did at the start of 2010. Could our economy be doing a little better? Some signs show at least tiny improvements. (0 comments)
