Freddie Mac's spokesperson said, "Mortgage rates increased for the week as the labor market appears to be improving. Based on the employment report, released last week, the U.S. economy added 288,000 jobs in June, gained224,000 in May and increased by 304,000 in April. My dad has informed me that the Patriot Flea Market just south of Zephyrhills, Florida is no longer open and is taking a break for the 2014 summer. That makes sense since so many of our residents have returned to their northern homes and the weather here is really heating up.
