This year the Zephyrhills, Florida Founders Day Celebration will take place in downtown Zephyrhills on March 10th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the day's parade starting at 10:00 AM. This will be the 102nd time that this event has taken place here. So there is some history behind it!
This year's theme is: Unsung Heroes of Zephyrhills: Past and Present. The organizers of the day define an "unsung hero" as "a person who makes a substantive yet unrecognized contribution. Or an unsung hero is a person whose bravery is unknown or unacknowledged."

This year we will be celebrating Zephyrhills 100th Centennial Celebration of Founders' Day. A lot will be going on in our little part of Florida, with activities that all of you can take part in.
Things get started with an Old-Fashioned Barn Dance at the Zephyrhills High School on 12th Street from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on March 12th. Entrance is just $5.00!
