I was just noticing something...everyone on here is trying to get me to buy something!

In NC there is no set commissions....as that is against the rules.  I am not going to talk about commissions numbers just about the ideas behind them.
Most agents in an area shoot for a commission that is competitive to the other listing agents in the area.  Some agents offered lowered commissions.  … (1 comments)

Oh...how important that is!  I didn't realize it until lately....
The first company I worked for effectively did NO training.  I mean they did some small things and we as agents used to meet and talk and have what we referred to as "Master Mind" sessions.  These sessions always seemed to help … (2 comments)
