Fayetteville, NC -The only Keller Williams Realty office located in Fayetteville, NC is moving to a new building. Moving from the original home where the Keller Williams office was started around four years ago, Keller Williams is making it's mark on the Fayetteville, NC real estate market. The new and completely modern office is located at 639 Executive Place in Fayetteville, NC. While the office is not being moved far, just across the street so to speak, the agents are looking forward to getting settled in their new home. Much planning and hard work has gone into the creation of (0 comments)
keller williams: Why is making a decision so hard sometimes? - 01/05/08 09:10 AM
This post does not necessarily pertain to buyers and sellers of homes and properties. However I feel that it applies to any and all decisions and why sometimes making those decisions can be so hard. If you are like most people, you are a creature of habit. Being a creature of habit causes you to "get in a grove", so to speak when it comes to the day to day routine that you adapt to and like to follow. This is not an uncommon thing, most people follow this plan of life. Then.....an opportunity, a change, a promotion, a large purchase, a job (3 comments)
keller williams: De-Hermitize yourself...Have we lost the personal touch? - 11/29/07 08:28 AM
I read a post this morning that was very well written and made some good points. The blog was written by: Suzanne Sands-Somerset, MA Real Estate Somerset, MA The blog post title was "Get off your blog!" I have thinking about this subject a lot lately. Maybe we should start a "blogger-anonymous" group. You know, it is just way too easy to sit down at our computers and just waste a day away. The world has become so computerized that we have almost made our world into a "hermit" type, meaning we can get on our computers and spend the day being in (7 comments)

keller williams: Joe Williams comes to Fayetteville, NC! - 06/07/07 06:55 PM
What a great way to start the day! Joe Williams of the famous duo Keller and Williams Realty came to Fayetteville today. It was a free breakfast and motivational seminar put on by my office and open to every real estate agent in the area hosted at the prestigious Highland Country Club. Yes, this was partially a recruiting event as everything is....but it was more of a thing that Joe Williams does. He loves to meet people and to share his experiences. What a nice guy Joe Williams is! Just like a regular everyday person. You would never know he was as important to (4 comments)
keller williams: Your mugshot... - 03/02/07 07:31 PM
How often do you update your advertising photo? Are you using a photo that is dated and no longer looks like you? Is there a reason that you would do that? There are a couple of agents in my area that use advertising photos of themselves that must be quite old. When you see them in person they look nothing like the card in my card file. Deceptive? I am curious as to the reason someone would want to do this. To me I think it could be viewed by the client as deceptive and dishonest. If you have a business card (3 comments)

Tuesday the 27th of February is going to be a very special day for me. It is going to be a day I remember for the rest of my life. A day that will be permanently held dear to my and my wife's hearts. If you have ever read my blog then you have probably read the entry entitled: I GOT MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT EARLY!!!!!In that blog I mentioned that my wife and I have found out we are going to be first time parents in July of this year. The reason February 27th is going to be sooooo special is that it is (2 comments)

keller williams: Profile descriptions - 10/16/06 05:49 PM
I was just noticing something...everyone on here is trying to get me to buy something! Under everyone's pretty picture they have a space to tell about themselves. Maybe it is the southerner in me...maybe it is my laid back lifestyle...dunno...but if you read mine it is like the guy next door talking to you. 35 yr old, recently married, love to ride my Harley.....etc etc But I feel that all of you are here to make contacts....so if you want to know ask, or read my profile page. keller williams: Reduced commissions...... - 10/16/06 05:21 PM
In NC there is no set commissions....as that is against the rules. I am not going to talk about commissions numbers just about the ideas behind them. Most agents in an area shoot for a commission that is competitive to the other listing agents in the area. Some agents offered lowered commissions. No, I am not talking about the a la carte type of companies, I am talking about full service real estate companies here. A lowered commission is in my opinion an "upfront apology" by the agent that is offering it. It's kind of a way of them saying that "well, I (1 comments)
