market conditions: Local News Article: Home Sales Fall -- They Quoted Us and Someone's P****d - 08/20/10 11:20 AM

After a long hiatus - and giving up my real estate license - I'm back posting market reports.  Can't promise I'll keep up with it, but the information is useful to somebody, I hope.  I've missed February, March and April, and I could go back and catch up with them, too -- but seriously, I'd rather have dental surgery without benefit of anaesthetic. Kim Peasley-Parker's blog,  http://activerain.com/blogs/kpeasley , has that info, I don't doubt, and probably in a much more pleasing format.
So.
This information was for residences only; I did not include … (0 comments)

market conditions: Oh, No: "Actually, Case-Shiller Shows That The Housing Crash Has Already Resumed" - 10/30/09 03:12 AM
