In every real estate transaction there needs to be a document recorded in the public records to indicate title transfer.  Deeds and other public legal records pertaining to a legal description become the "chain of title" for that particular piece of property.     
 
When you purchase real estate, you need to make sure that there is a document giving you title to the property and that it gets filed with the proper government authority, that being the County Clerk's Office in counties in Oklahoma.

I love this time of the year.  Thanksgiving is just around the corner and Christmas will here in short order.  Family get-togethers, shopping, cooking, plans and parties.

She has very pretty colors of dapple gray, white and brown.
She appears to be a Catahoula and Australian Shepherd mix. 
She is leash trained and is easily managed. She is also crate trained.
She is very sweet and good natured and likes other dogs both small and big and is good with children.
She does have a special need as both of her light blue/gray eyes have pupils that are somewhat irregular.

During the last 2 1/2 weeks I've lost 4 people out of my life.  I'm getting tired of this dying thing.  I'm growing weary of looking into that casket at an empty shell that doesn't look like the person that I value.  The life is gone out of them and when that happens, they someone lose some of the familiarity that we know and love.
