I am always being asked about the differences in the additions around Lake Raymond Gary. Since I currently have 3 lots listed in Holiday Lake Estates at a very good price....$21,500 for all three lots and they already have utilites in place, let's talk about Holiday Lake Estates. Holiday Lake Estates was platted and dedicated in 1958. The lots average 50 feet wide by 150 feet long although some are wider or longer..... some are narrower and shorter.
