Great price is the key

The key is no longer Location, Location, Location but Price, Price, Price! A recent listing of mine had a

ratified contract in less than one week! Reason: the seller was willing to price it just under the market,

as shown by comparables. He picked from 3 offers in five days. Buyers are willing to buy if they perceve

the house is a real bargain.
