san antonio tx: San Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo – Longhorn Cattle Drive - 01/27/09 05:00 PM

Have you ever seen a real Texas Longhorn Cattle Drive???  I haven't!  For those of us who have never had the opportunity to experience one close up and personal - we have that opportunity this weekend - as spectators - my kind of cattle drive!
Just like the "old pioneer" days, cowboys will "drive" a herd of Texas Longhorns right through the heart of San Antonio, where only trails existed 100 years ago.  I'd really love to get downtown to see this event.
The Cattle Drive begins at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January, 31, 2009, cowboys will guide the cattle … (7 comments)
