As professional stagers, our job is to help sellers prepare their home to show the best it can when its on the market! I would venture to say that every successful stager most likely has had an occasional property not sell for some reason or another that staging could not overcome. So here's a story of one of mine. I was contacted by an agent to stage her listing last year. The seller was great!
