Well, it looks like maybe this may be the beginning of the end to the bubble busting party. Mortgage applications rose this week for the first time in three weeks. Along with pending home sales up about 7 percent in April I believe is a sign that buyers who have been on the sidelines waiting and watching for quite some time are finally making their move.

Sellers in St. Martin, While Listing Agent Wet Vacs Basement - 06/04/08 01:15 PM
I wanted to share this experience that I had two weeks ago. I have the greatest clients and a beautiful listing in Gainesville VA. Two weeks ago my clients were off to St. Martins. No problem, I live close by to their home in the Snow Hill subdivision in Gainesville and I would be by to check up on their home. It was going great until we had a record amount of rainfall over the first weekend that they were gone. Ten plus inches from Friday through Monday morning..
