A good post outlining the issues with early occupancy. I have had a buyer move in early before. Once in, the neighbors came over and informed him there had been a suicide in the home. He repacked the moving van and decided he didn't want the house.

It is so astonishing that I am blogging about this, as I cannot fathom a seasoned agent (or educated adult for that matter), spelling their clients name wrong.... much less a client that gives you 100 listings a year. In 2010, you would think every agent with the slightest amount of tech savvy would know that you can Google virtually anything in 2 seconds if you are unsure (or forgot to read your listing agreement). Heck, Google will even correct your spelling if you're mistaken!
