Huge kudos to the Wells Fargo Loss Mitigation Department! Their assistance in getting my recent short sale closed in the Minnehaha area of Vancouver, WAwent above and beyond any expectations!
I can honestly say I haven't always been a fan of the large banks and the time it takes to get an approval.... but lately it seems most banks have really gotten their act together in attempt to assist struggling homeowners. I am Looking forward to future Short Sale transactions with Wells Fargo!

I lost a listing last week to a competitive broker. Turns out the seller is personal friends with the other agent and didn't want to hurt their feelings. Oh well... can't win them all I guess!
Out of curiosity, I watch and wait....
Day 1 - Comes on the market touting fabulous staging and upgrades galore... but no pictures Day 2 - Still no pictures... and wrong directions Day 3 to day 7 - No pictures, same bad directions Day 8 - Yeah!! Pictures finally !! Staging is very nice.... But no virtual tour, same bad directions
