I have had this happen twice in one month... and it is driving me nuts!
The first incident was a vacant short sale in Washougal, WA. The day after signing, I arrive at the house to get the key box, and the new buyer is sitting in the house (fully furnished at this point), having a beer with her movers. The sale has not funded or recorded, lender was still reviewing loan documents on a Friday afternoon, and she was specifically told that early occupancy was not an option.

This search lists only REO/bank owned properties in Clark, Skamania, Cowlitz, Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties of Oregon and Washington State – new listings, price reductions, and homes that fell out of escrow and are back on the market. I like to know what properties are available daily in our market area.
