This is not your run-of-the-mill, dubbed over Sunday morning real estate video. I think credit is due to Cindi Hagley, a Realtor from the San Francisco Bay area, for thinking out of the box on this one. Rumor has it she got a cash offer for this house within 48 hours of its video debut. Not bad. especially for the inundated California short sale/foreclosure market.

Of course for those of us in Western New York the funniest part of the video just has to be the price. “But it is only $249,000.” Hey wait a minute, I can’t afford this house. … (0 comments)
