  There has been a rise in home sales for the second consecutive month for the Chicagoland area. After the market has continued to decline there was an increase of almost 28% in August
July sales increased by about 19% in the chicagoland area including nine-county Chicago areas: Lake, Dupage, Kane, Cook, DeKalb, Will, Kendall, McHenry and Grundy counties. July’s home sale increase was the first since June of 2010.
