Having sold several businesses over the years I am amazed that Realtors do not think about selling, what in some cases they have spent a life time to develop.  We all know  a mega agent... wouldn't you like to buy their business. Or mega agents wouldn't you like to sell the business you spent a life time creating?  It seems very logical to me.

As our careers get busier and busier it is mored difficult to call for feedback and give feedback. Yes we should all obtain feedback for our clients, but sometimes it slips through the cracks.  Instead of complaining about how agents do not give feedback. Lets search for better ways to give and receive it.
