Avery Ranch is located in Williamson County on the northwest side Austin, just southeast of Cedar Park. Avery Ranch Blvd. (at US-183A) is the primary W-E thoroughfare through Avery Ranch. Residents can also take W. Parmer Lane north from RR 620/SH 45 to get into Avery Ranch from the south.
