      <title>Comparing Home Sales in Jan 2007 and Jan 2008 in the Town of Cedar Park, TX</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Is the market really as bad as the media continues to report?&amp;nbsp; Well I decided to do a little comparison of my own I pulled from the MLS&amp;nbsp;all the homes sold in &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.buyhomecedarpark.com/Cedar-Park-TX-Real-Estate.php&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;Cedar Park, TX&lt;/a&gt; in January 2007 and all homes sold just last month January 2008 only in the city of Cedar Park, TX.&amp;nbsp; What I found is that NO the market is not much different this year than is was last year at least for my area I like to work in.&amp;nbsp; Here are the results - &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;January 2007 Cedar Park, TX sold &lt;strong&gt;83&lt;/strong&gt; homes the range goes as follows&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Low - 124&amp;#39;s Med - 202&amp;#39;s High - 499&amp;#39;s&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;January 2008 Cedar Park, TX sold &lt;strong&gt;73&lt;/strong&gt; homes the range goes as follows&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Low - 110&amp;#39; Med - &lt;strong&gt;249&amp;#39;s&lt;/strong&gt; - High - 469&amp;#39;s&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So there is not much difference in the volume sold.&amp;nbsp; However we do see a bit of change in the prices.       <title>Buying a new car</title>

      <title>Getting motivated for 2008!</title>

      <title>Becoming Green in 2008!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Never really gave it much thought to the whole green thing.&amp;nbsp; But now with so much attention on it I have really been looking at what I am doing and what I am not doing.&amp;nbsp; Recycling has not alway been at the top of my to do list but with a few changes in my home we are become more&amp;nbsp;aware&amp;nbsp;of the Green way of life.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My kid are&amp;nbsp;on board too - they think it is cool - we went and purchased separate&amp;nbsp;garbage cans&amp;nbsp;to put the different items in that will help us when trash day comes&amp;nbsp;and we also are looking at what we are throwing away to see if we can put it to use again in the same capacity or use it in a different way. For example the bags that shredded cheese comes in can be rinsed out and used for taking snack to school instead of using all the sandwich bags that we go through every&amp;nbsp;year.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We researched what we can recycle through our new garbage company.&amp;nbsp; That was an interesting&amp;nbsp;to find out that just because something is recyclable that doesn&amp;#39;t mean your company will take it.&amp;nbsp; I found a cool web site that give you all kinds of neat ways to help the planet. &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.earth911.org&quot;&gt;WWW.earth911.org&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You can enter your zip code and it will tell you where you can take items that the garbage company will not take.&amp;nbsp; Check this web site out it is really great.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Julie&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Goals for 2008!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Another new year Wow how time goes by so fast.&amp;nbsp; I haven&amp;#39;t even sat down to think about the goals that I would like to set for my family and my business.&amp;nbsp; I am very happy about the way 2007 finished out I seem to always be blessed.&amp;nbsp; My prayer is that this trend will continue.&amp;nbsp; However I know that it will be a little harder with all the negative media attention the market is getting.&amp;nbsp; I do know that the interest rates dipped yesterday and I hope they continue to take a stead drop.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In the past I have always taken some sort of motivational conference to boost me up and get me going I haven&amp;#39;t seen anything that looked appealing yet.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully something will come up.&amp;nbsp; I know the Floyd Wickman and Brian Buffini always get me going but I am just in no mood this year.&amp;nbsp; If anyone has a new program I would love it if you would share it with me.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I think that hitting my data base twice a month with statistics and Real Estate related items will be one of my goals.....&amp;nbsp; I have always sent something out once a month but I am going to try twice a month for a while and see if thing ramp up a bit.....&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any way if yo have any new ideas please share.....&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;HAPPY NEW YEAR!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Cedar Park is almost built out!!!!</title>

      <title>Austin Tx and this crazy weather....</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;If anyone knows Texas they know it is HOT!!!!!&amp;nbsp; Well we have had a really great summer&amp;nbsp;I know&amp;nbsp;there will always be someone some where complaining.&amp;nbsp; Not me.&amp;nbsp; In-fact with all the rain the areas that are usually brown are green and we just had some very cool days this week.&amp;nbsp; Now I know it will not last but boy I am very happy with the way things are going so far.....&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As we work in such a legal cautious field I am always happy to disclose to my snowbirds that I can legally say they will not need to bring the snow plow with them when they move....They usually get a kick out of that.....&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Julie elliott&amp;nbsp; Austin TX&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Do you know what the liablity is for a homeowner that has a dog that hurts someone?</title>
