HouseStatistics are fun... but they often don't always tell the whole story. Still - they can be a good indication of the market and what it's doing right now. Basically, unless you're really not that interested in real estate and haven't been paying attention - you know the market in Kirkland right now is HOT! What's interesting is the difference between our two zip codes.  If you'd like a breakdown of another city or you have questions about your specific neighborhood (even if you're not in the market and you're just interested) I am happy to pull them for you.  

Here are stats in Kirkland for the past 30 days: 

Market Stats for the last 30 days: 98034

Residential:

  •   There are currently 101 active residential listings, with an average market time of 106 days 
  • There are 65 pending properties, with an average market time of 60 days and list price of $427,000
  • There have been 37 residential properties sold, with an average sold price of $376,660  and 55 days on the market


Condominiums:         

  • There are currently 40 active condominiums in the 98034 zip code        
  • There are 26 pending properties, with an average market time of 93 days and list price of $148,800
  • There have been 13 units sold, with an average sold price of $96,100 and 61 days on the market

Residential:

  • There are currently 106 active residential listings, with an average market time of 88 days
  • There are 43 pending properties, with an average market time of 30 days and list price of $645,100
  • There have been 44 residential properties sold, with an average sold price of $719,646  and 70 days on the market

 

Condominiums:

  • There are currently 59 active condominiums in the 98033 zip code
  • There are 20 pending properties, with an average market time of 55 days and list price of $372,000
  • There have been 19 units sold, with an average sold price of $562,200,100 and 64 days on the market
