Well I'm in Tn doing the "Grandma" thing for my two darling 6 and 3 yr old boys!  As much as I feel my days are endless working in real estate, I really forgot how demanding it is to be a parent!  

We've been meandering in the Franklin, Brentwood areas and can't help but notice all the 'For Sale" signs.  The Sunday paper also was full of the same things I see in Phoenix and after having a conversation with my daughter's realtor and friend, it was a pretty simple assessment of the market...priced right, move in ready and in a good location ...qualified buyers are stepping up to the plate!  Seems like as much as it's regional it is also national.

The unknown is always a  bit intimidating, but with belief in our wonderful country and faith, one cannot be afraid!  Our economy will not only survive, but prosper, and the land that we love will continue to be a good investment...So we, as Realtors, need to help our clients move forward in the "now" and make wise choices for the future.   Sellers, price your home so that it is the shining star in the galaxy of homes...Buyers, choose your home and amentities and write an offer.  You may both be surprised!
