Vilas County Data VILAS COUNTY: The TOP table looks at Sell/List Price and the Sell/FMV in the Townships of Vilas County for both on-water and off water homes. There were 395 homes and condo’s sold in Vilas County in 2011 ( this is up from 363 units in 2010). When one looks at the table, it becomes apparent that there are some tremendous bargains and buyers are taking full advantage of their leverage. Only two township had an average sale

The red line represents the number of homes sold by month in Vilas and Oneida Counties. In September, there were 90 homes sold in Oneida and Vilas Counties. Thinking of Selling in 2009 then now is the time to start getting prepared. ... If you are thinking that you may want to sell this spring then I suggest you take a proactive approach to getting your home and property prepared for sale. In this market when all we keep hearing is " it's a buyer's market" the best way to get top dollar for your home now is to get a head start on the process. If you want to feasibly have your home on the market, sign in the ground, and showing ready by May 1st then March 1st

I am amazed as I looked through my most recent Realtor magazine.. Top 30 under 30.... Very impressive group of people and as I read through their stories I am wowed by how easy their transitions into Real Estate were... Most of them appeared to be pretty savy with technology and this is what seems to be setting many of these agents apart from the rest. I am barely hanging onto my 30's. My actual 39th Birthday is tomorrow and I am perplexed at how much new is happening with technology and how far behind I feel at times... I believe you are seeing

Well, I have been wanting to try this for some time, so any feedback I would appreciate. I am perplexed by the media's fixation on the real estate market and the fact that they believe it is soooo DOWN.. It feels sometimes like we are the only one's saying that it is NOT a bad market but rather a Buyer's Market. This is truely one thing I wish that the National Association of Realtors would emphasize to the public. Buyer's market does not equal bad market... I am finding more internet hits and calls on properties with price reductions b/c the Buyer's are out there watching
