THE HARDEST PART OF THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS - 10/01/11 01:17 PM

 
I've been in the real estate business for 4 and a half years.  According to most, probably the most difficult time in recent history to enter the business.  "Isn't it difficult?" " How is it going?" people frequently ask me. 
Well it can be difficult, but I love it! I enjoy the challenges the real estate business has to offer.  Underwriting and low appraisals are some things that make the business difficult right now.  However, when I stop and really think about what is truly the most difficult part of the job, to me it is telling people, particularly sellers, things they really don't want to hear.
