The cause & affects of NMLS.

We new that NMLS requirements would get rid of the bad loan Agents that have placed us all in the financial ruins that we have seen over the last 2 years, what I didnt realize is that many of those bad loan agents have jumped on the Realtor van wagon because they can longer create fraud as they did for years. We must now self police our Industry to further alianate the bad apples. Lets all do our part to ensure that the public at large respects our Industry once again!
