REO Listings - 09/17/08 07:12 PM

I am trying to adjust my business to the current market. Because the amount of REO's coming on the market are projected to increase in the Phoenix area before they start declining, I am researching this niche.
I just attended a "Free REO Seminar" and within 15 minutes I felt like I signed up for an infomercial. The majority of the seminar was spent with the sponsor trying to get the attendees to enroll in a program costing around $100 a month over a 12 month period and they would provide coaching and a list with over 500 Risk Managements Companies.
