Between a rock and a hard place.Would you want to be there? - 05/26/09 10:12 PM
The market  values have  dropped.   Homeowners losing value in their homes.  We have heard it, lived it with our clients and suffered along with the rest of the population for months. 
We can say for the most part, our homeowners who need to sell their homes are between a rock and a hard place.
If someone can shed some light on this ...please  do so...maybe it my perception ..maybe it's my rant on behalf of homeowners

Maybe it is  those special memories you hold safe ............in the deepest part of your heart.
Like all the summer holidays they were spent with family and friends. 
Memorial Day,  also meant a birthday celebration for my dad and always at his favorite summer spot.
That perfect picnic spot, was a magnificent view of hundreds of sail boats, that before noon would conquer the quiet Lake Arthur at Moraine State Park. It  was his little piece of the lake.

Memorial Day...
A day of Remembrance... A day for Celebration ... A day to wish... enjoyable memories to be made with family and friends A day to give thanks to those who sacrificed, that we may be granted freedom in our lives, in this Land of Freedom A  day to give thanks to God for the protection over our home land                                         May it forever be that we can say   " God Bless America "

Avoiding the nasty.."Litigation" - 05/24/09 09:24 AM
Why is it uncomfortable to hear something you just do not what to hear?........in our business it is a necessary evil.
We need to be reminded that much is expected from Realtors. The responsibility  of how we handle our business is crucial,  The lack of Professionalism, Integrity and Responsibility  could have have serious consequences.
I attended the   Pennsylvania Association of Realtors District 7  real estate conference this past Thursday.
 
If I must say the only relaxing part of the day was the beautiful grounds and ambiance of the vintage, Victorian banquet facility at the Riverside Inn  in Cambridge Springs,, … (5 comments)
