morality: Feast or Famine or just a Nightmare? - 09/04/10 09:47 AM

Foreclosures....what an impact they have had on us as Realtors. I had a disturbing conversation with a fellow Realtor the other day addressing this virus that has infected our economy and our business. Professional agents have embraced the fact that working these foreclosures will add undue stress, frustration, endless paper work and countless hours of unproductive financial gain.
Do we have a choice? Is it a matter of survival? Can we turn our backs away from this source of business? Is the commission worth the time spent? Can we feel good about what we do as Realtors....be part of something that … (3 comments)
