The market is continuing to increase its sales pace and Realtors sold 54% more homes in September this year than 2008. The inventory levels have decreased to a 7.42 month supply. The interest rates have decreased and it is a great time to buy! The market appears to be balancing and there is optimism that we are moving in the right direction.

The inventory levels in the Orlando area have decreased to an 8.37 month supply....the lowest since 2006. Increased sales activity, especially in the lower price range, has helped inventory decline. The market does appear to be moving toward more balance at this time.
