The Las Vegas Country Club is home to some condo conversions that are financeable, which is rare in today's market. These condos are not for investors looking to rent them out because there is a limit to the percentage of condos that the HOA permits to be leased. However, they are well positioned in the center of the country club and make great vacation homes.
