I was showing luxury condo foreclosures priced from $199k all day at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson NV, where the prices have dropped and the repos are plentiful. Amidst looking at some brand new never lived in luxury foreclosure deals at the incredible resort communities of V and Mantova, the rain and sleet came pouring down. Given the cold temperature and higher elevation at Anthem Country Club, I knew that we would have plenty of snow when we returned home. I wasn't disappointed. I am curious as to how the auction went in Lake Las Vegas this very aggressively priced foreclosure deals at "V" and some slashed price condos at Vita Bella. I wonder how those prices stack up compared to the foreclosure pricing. And I wonder if the fact that the masterplan is in bankuptcy was disclosed to all potential buyers.

Having been in the business quite some time, the very few Las Vegas foreclosures that I used to deal with years ago were given to me from a lovely lady and compassionate foreclosure specialist working at the bank. I had to help "encourage" the people who were essentially squatting in their own homes to leave amicably by negotiating with them & paying them a settlement on behalf of the bank in lieu of the bank's having to hire an attorney to do a formal eviction.
