Our team is not known for PUFFERY, and although a recent article published by another Las Vegas Real Estate Agent that has been distributed all over the web states that 48,000 properties were sold in Clark County last month - we can tell you the number is really closer to 1/10th of that. Hooray! We just closed our FIRST short sale deal at the MGM Signature condos! We represented the buyer in the purchase of a strip view with balcony fully furnished hotel-condo over the pool - for a low price of $300k and the deal is DONE! Thanks to our very patient buyers who waiting 3 months for a response and the professionalism of listing agent - who in turn hired a professional to do the negotiating for him.
