I was watching the local news this morning and saw a story on a local Las Vegas real estate company loading up a tour bus that was packed with buyers touring foreclosed homes in Summerlin, and the SW area of Vegas. It looks like Las Vegas foreclosures is the new HOT SPOT in Las Vegas real estate. The passengers were interviewed and some of the homes were shown.
