Hooray! We just closed our FIRST short sale deal at the MGM Signature condos! We represented the buyer in the purchase of a strip view with balcony fully furnished hotel-condo over the pool - for a low price of $300k and the deal is DONE!  Thanks to our very patient buyers who waiting 3 months for a response and the professionalism of listing agent - who in turn hired a professional to do the negotiating for him.
