Despite the supposed decling values in Las Vegas STRIP high rise real estate - I get calls everday from folks wanting to know the status of the COSMOPOLITAN RESORT and the notice of intent to foreclose that was issued by the lender. Rumors of a W Hotel takeover by Starwood can be found on the web, but there really is no real news so far, and I expect that COSMO's fate may be to keep Bruce Eichner's vision in tact. If you drive by the COSMO site, you see a tower in progress with bones that rival any strip high rise … (3 comments)
